What is paint protection film (PPF)?
A clear film applied over your car's paint to protect it from stone chips, scratches, stains and the sun. Fusion8 is made from premium aliphatic TPU with an advanced nano ceramic top coat.
What does self-healing mean?
Fusion8 has heat-activated self-healing technology: light swirls and fine scratches in the film fade away with heat, such as the sun or warm water.
What is the difference between Fusion8 Plus, Premium and Matt?
Fusion8 Plus is our thickest film, 8.5 mil (216 µm), with a high-gloss finish. Fusion8 Premium uses the same technology in a 7.5 mil (190 µm) high-gloss film. Fusion8 Matt is 7.5 mil with a matte finish, giving gloss paint a satin look.
What does 8.5 mil mean?
Mil is the thickness unit used for films: one mil is a thousandth of an inch. 8.5 mil is 216 microns of film between your paint and the road.
Will the film turn yellow in the sun?
Fusion8 is made from aliphatic TPU and is anti-yellowing and UV resistant. It is made specifically for the Middle East, where cars face intense sun, heat and sand.
Will it change how my car looks?
Fusion8 Plus and Premium have high optical clarity and a high-gloss finish, so your paint keeps its colour and shine. Fusion8 Matt turns gloss paint into a matte look.
